Public holidays are cool!

Those monkeys weren’t too friendly…

Since today was a public holiday, my school was closed and so we decided to explore a new beach on our island. When we arrived at the point where we could access the beach, a monkey family was lingering about… too bad that they weren’t too friendly. One even tried to attack my mom when we just wanted to continue along the road. Luckily mom could convince the monkey that biting us would be a very bad idea but I must admit, they scared the wits out of me when they attacked.

The climb down to the beach was much easier than we had expected and so we could enjoy the panorama.

Down on the beach, there was hardly anybody (luckily), except from a lot of these cute and super fast crabs.

The sea water was very nice and clean and the waves were quite gently.

Luckily there aren't too many tourists here

Since the beach was pretty deserted, all was nice and silent.

Wow, that looks nice!

Of course mom had brought her new photography-toy and did some nice shots. 😉

I could hardly wait to test the clear water and refresh myself. After walking up and down the beach in the sun, we were heated pretty much.

It's fun to play on the beach

Luckily, when we went back up to our parked motorbikes, the monkey family was gone and didn’t bother us anymore.
