I was very happy when I smelled the delicious smell of a fresh Swiss Apple Pie in our house tonight. Mom had prepared one with local Balinese Apples. It was very delicious. Don’t worry if it looks a bit dark. That’s just because we don’t use crystal sugar but only palm sugar for everything in our home.
