We got up very early this morning although we had arrived home very late after picking-up Brian and hopped into Curly’s car that was waiting outside our home.
Since we arrived early at our first destination, we were almost alone when we visited Pura Ulun Danu Beratan.
Luckily the weather was good and so the temperatures were very nice and enjoyable.
I also met a few very nice girls at the temple and enjoyed some time with them.
Our second destination was the Leke Leke Waterfall.
The path to the waterfall was a very nice walk through the jungle. Sadly, we had some European tourists walking behind us who were talking very loud all the time and so we could not enjoy the jungle’s sounds.
Look at that waterfall! How high it is!
The waterfall was too strong to swim directly in it but I couldn’t resist having a short bath in the river coming from it.
The scenery was very nice and luckily the other tourists were all busy shooting selfies.
After the waterfall, we had Ayam Betutu for lunch. Being stuffed and having had so much fresh air, I got knocked out on the way to our third destination: Taman Ayun Temple.
We had a very nice walk through the whole park surrounding the temple.
There was also a very beautiful Barong costume exposed.
If you want, you can also watch our small movie about our daytrip.
