It’s nice to have our friends visiting us
Tonight our friends came over for a few drinks and a very nice barbecue. I could hardly wait till Rio and Adih arrived.
We’re grilling Layur the traditional way
We were preparing a specialty tonight: ikan layur – largehead hairtail, a fish which in itself is already a bit special but the specialty tonight was the mode of preparation – traditionally, wrapped around the stem of a palm leaf.
It was quite an interesting experience and the fish tasted deliciously!
