The temple’s entrance is impressive
After having a very delicious Mutton Curry with Roti Prata and Teh Tarik for breakfast, we headed to the Sri Senpaga Vinayagar Temple.

Everything is so colorful
Our visit there was amazing! The temple’s entrance was very impressive and we immediately liked the colors and decorations of the temple’s outside.

Look at all these statues
You could see that everything was taken care of perfectly and with lots of passion.

There’s a ceremony taking place
When we entered and asked for Sarongs, we were greeted by a very friendly and kind old man. He insisted in inviting us to the temple breakfast. An occasion that takes places only on Fridays and, luckily, we had just picked the right day for our visit. It was absolutely delicious! We were served vegetarian curry dishes and coconut sauces and even hot tea with milk. All devotees who entered the church first had breakfast before going to pray.

Of course I’m wearing a Sarung – although an improvised one
After the breakfast, we were completely stuffed and slowly made our way through the temple. The kind man, who wasn’t a temple employee but just an ordinary devotee, had said goodbye and gone home but we met many more very kind people.

That Ganesha image is very beautiful
It was very nice to see the whole temple and it’s decorations and statues.

Look at all these ornate shrines
There were a lot of shrines and paintings, too. The whole visit was a really impressive and amazing experience and we were very happy that we had had the opportunity to live it.

Beautiful statues are everywhere
