Look at this delicious toast!

I really loved today’s dinner: Avocado-Shrimp-Egg-Toasts. They are pretty easy to make:

1 packet of toast
3 ripe avocados
about 20 shrimps per person
3 boiled eggs
a splash of lime juice
salt & pepper to taste

Steam or boil the shrimps and peel them and boil the eggs until they're hard. Then roast the toast in your frying pan (without any oil!). After peeling the avocados, mash them inside a big bowl and add the lime juice so that the avocado puree retains its green color and doesn't turn brown.
Slice the eggs and distribute the slices onto half of the toast slices. Spread the avocado paste on top of the eggs and distribute the shrimps on top of the paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the toasts with a second slide of toast bread and cut all sandwiches diagonally.
Serve and enjoy!
