That’s a nice salad!
Since the vegetables vendor that comes to our home had very good looking fresh salad today, mom and dad couldn’t resist preparing us a special salad for lunch.
It’s quite easy:
You need:
1 or 2 lettuce heads
2 or 3 fresh tomatoes
1 can of tuna
1 can of de-stoned olives
2 or 3 slices of toast bread
Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper
Just wash the salad and tear it into small pieces. Dry it and add it to a big bowl. Prepare a dressing with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange the salad onto a plate. Wash and cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the salad on the plates. Add the tuna and olives on top. Cut the toast slices into small cubes and roast them in a pan. Distribute them on top of the salad plate, too. Sprinkle everything generously with the dressing and enjoy!
That was much less spicy than the ricebowl from Yesterday. 😛 😛
