Since the danger of the Covid-19 is still present on our island, we try to live even healthier than we did before. That’s why mom started to prepare us a pretty special “tea” or rather hot-orange-drink. It’s quite easy, healthy and super delicious:
1 balinese orange per glass
1 Tablespoon of Honey
While you are bringing the water to a boil, squeeze the oranges - 1 per glass. Add a tablespoon of honey and stir. When the water is boiling, turn it off and wait until it's temperature is surely below 60 degrees celsius. That's very important because a higher temperature than this would kill the vitamins in the orange juice. When the water is cooled down enough, fill the glasses and enjoy!
