Huh, cool: a german dish made in Bali.

Today, we had a very special lunch. Mom and dad had found red cabbage and so they prepared a dish just the way they ate it back in Germany. Pork sausages (Made in Bali of course) with Spätzle (a German type of short, thick noodles), Mushroom sauce and caramelized red cabbage. It tasted absolutely amazing! Especially the red cabbage which is prepared with apples and then caramelized. Yummy! 😛 😛 😛 😛
