The Pita bread has turned out perfect

Did I ever mention that I love Gyros with Pita Bread? It’s a greek dish and I could eat it every day. That’s why mom bought a chicken breast this morning, deboned, cut, and marinated it following more or less this recipe: Gyros.

In the afternoon, we prepared our Pita Breads together, following this recipe: Pita Bread.

Both recipes are in German but with the help of Google Translate, it shouldn’t be a challenge to translate them into English.

So when the evening came, the bread was ready and the chicken marinated enough, so that I could roast it.

Since we didn’t have any Jogurt or Greek Jogurt available, we didn’t prepare Tsatsiki, the greek garlic and cucumber sauce, but we added some sourcream to our Gyros when we stuffed our Pitas with it.

It was delicious! ūüėõ ūüėõ
