Since I enjoyed grilling shrimp sate sticks last time, we decided that it was time for a remake today. Luckily, our preferred shrimp vendor has very nice pieces on sale.
I took care of the grilling and after a few minutes on the small sate grill, the sticks were already almost done.
Mom and Dad had also bought some “Gorengan”. That’s stuffed tofu, tempe and vegetable pieces that were put in a batter and then fried. With a glass of Rosé wine for mom and dad, we had a nice and quickly prepared lunch. 🙂
