The black dog we met on the beach looks like Felix
When we had our breakfast on the beach this morning, we met a dog. Nope, that’s not Felix. 😉
But he looks almost like his younger brother, doesn’t he? That’s why we called him Idefix. Sounds quite similar to Felix. 😆 😆

Our chicken sate sticks are almost ready to eat
When we got home, we started preparing our lunch: Delicious chicken sate. It had been a while since our last shrimp sate and since we didn’t feel like going to the fish market, mom and dad bought some chicken breast at our favourite vendor’s stall. We cut the chicken breast into small cubes, pinned them on wooden skewers, and marinated them in a Balinese marinade.

The chicken skewers look delicious while they sizzle on our small sate grill
While mom was preparing the peanut sauce that is “mandatory” with chicken sate, I took care of the grilling. Don’t they look mouthwateringly delicious as they sizzle on our Sate grill?
