Do you know what that is? It’s the imprint that a flip flop of my size leaves when somebody tries to stomp on the crease that car tires left in the mud to test whether it is hard or not. Unfortunately it wasn’t hard at all.
That’s why I literally pulled out a full shoe (it’s a German saying translated. The German version means that you tried or did something and it turned out to only cause you troubles.)
I was really not amused because my flip flop had an about 3cm thick layer of mud sticking to it’s bottom and my foot was soaked, too. The squishing noise my foot and flip flop made with every step was so annoying. :angry:
I could hardly wait until I finally arrived home and could wash my flip flop and foot. 😆
