That’s my new favourite cake: An apple tart
You most probably know that I really fancy apple cakes. But as of today, I have a new favorite: The french apple tart my mom made. 😛 😛 😛

(*** Note by mom: I replaced some of the ingredients, as we can’t really buy them here in Indonesia. For example, the “Schmand” – which is a sort of sour cream cheese yogurt thing – in the recipe was replaced by a mixture of coconut milk and corn starch. ***)
